We cleaned your gutters today and your home's exterior is in great shape. The gutters were full front to back and are now clear and flowing, and we added leaf guards to two downspouts at no charge. A handful of small things are worth a look below, none of them urgent.

A shingle had slid out of place and was sitting loose. We set it back and secured it today with roofing adhesive. To make it permanent we recommend nailing it down, which we can do at the same time as the windowsill work at no extra charge.

The caulk around the large half-round window has cracked. It may be cosmetic, or water may be getting behind it. Re-caulking now is cheap insurance against a bigger problem.

The dryer vent is restricted and not venting at its best. Clearing it lets the dryer run efficiently and keeps lint from building up.

A few nails have worked their way up on the upper deck. They are a real catch and trip hazard underfoot. They pull out in minutes and we can handle them on the next visit.

The sill has exposed, weathered wood. It is not bad yet. Scraping it, filling with epoxy wood filler, and repainting seals it before the raw wood takes on water. Washing the aged window and clearing the paint overspray while we are there finishes it off.

One of the exterior floodlight bulbs is out and looks broken at the base. We can swap in two fresh bulbs while we are on site for the window.

Invasive vines are wrapping the hibiscus and crowding a nearby tree, and there are invasive shrubs along the west side. Left alone they keep spreading. Your landscaper can fold this into their scope, or we can cut and remove it.

There is a little soft wood at the base of the basement door. It is minor. A touch of wood filler and paint slows it for now. Worth keeping an eye on so it does not spread.
