Rear elevation
We filled the dent with an exterior grade filler, textured it to match the siding profile, and repainted the area with your paint. The spot now blends into the panel.

Second story roof
We protected the surrounding shingles, cleaned the vent, and sprayed the pipe and boot with an exterior paint made for the job. The loose nails were refastened and sealed with a specialized roof caulking. The whole assembly now blends into the roof.
Damaged trim, beforeTrim rebuilt and sealed

Lower roofline above the garage
This trim was rotting because it sat against the roof and wicked water. We undercut the board so it no longer touches the shingles. Pulling it out entirely risked loosening the surrounding stucco, so it stayed in place. We caulked behind the trim to stop water that was getting in out of sight, filled the cracks with a premium filler, reset the loose nails, sanded, and applied two coats of exterior paint as high as reach allowed. Underneath, we sealed the trim with a specialized roof caulking and added a bead behind the roofing at the far left corner. That last one is hard to see in a photo, but it adds real water protection.
Loose guardrail, beforeGuardrail secured

Stair landing
We fastened the loose floorboard at the base of the post with 3 inch deck screws embedded into the oak, and the post is much more rigid. The dog chew marks were dabbed with matching stain and have nearly disappeared. One honest note: balusters like these always carry a small amount of give, and the amount that remains is completely normal.
Garage threshold before support
Garage door threshold, supportedCompleted
Garage entry
The last stretch of threshold was unsupported and felt creaky underfoot. We added support by wedging composite shims beneath the unsupported edge, working clear of the gas and electric lines that run under there. It is solid underfoot now.

Worth keeping an eye on
Trim rot at the fireplace chase

Fireplace chase, left side
We noticed some rot in the trim on the left side of the fireplace chase while we were up on the roof. The flashing appears intact, so this is not urgent, but the wood will keep deteriorating until it is addressed. Worth planning for.
