All four repairs from your approved estimate were finished in one visit: the gutters cleared front to back, a new flapper on the exterior vent, the mailbox base rebuilt, and the loose bricks in the courtyard wall reset. While we were on site we also cleared the vines off the garage wall and the house brick, no charge. The home is in strong shape.

The brick base at the mailbox had crumbled at one corner and bricks were coming loose on the pavers. We rebuilt the damaged courses with fresh mortar so the base is solid again. Before on the left, finished on the right.

Several bricks in the openwork courtyard wall had worked loose. We reset them in place so the wall is tight again. Pictured mid-repair.

We installed a new flapper on the exterior vent pipe so it closes properly and keeps weather and pests out.

Vines had grown over the courtyard wall and climbed the brick toward the second-story windows. We cut them back and cleared them off the house. This was not part of the estimate, it was simply worth doing while we were there.
