Spring – Window Cleaning
Spring in Alpharetta means one thing.
Pollen season.
Every year the entire area turns green. Cars, driveways, patios, and windows get coated with a thick layer of yellow-green pollen that seems to appear overnight.
It sticks to glass, screens, and window tracks and can leave windows looking cloudy even long after pollen season ends.
Our spring visit includes a full window cleaning so your home looks fresh again after the pollen settles.
Professional window cleaning is recommended at least once per year to prevent buildup and keep windows looking clear and bright.
During this visit, HomeCare members can also schedule a whole house soft wash at a discounted member rate, which is a great way to remove pollen residue from siding, trim, and other exterior surfaces.
Summer – Pressure Washing
Our summer visit focuses on refreshing the exterior hard surfaces around your home.
This includes pressure washing for:
• driveway
• front walkway
• front patio
These areas collect dirt, mildew, and organic growth throughout the year.
If you would like additional areas cleaned while we are already there, HomeCare members receive steep discounts on additional pressure washing, including patios, pool decks, and other exterior surfaces.
Fall – Gutter Cleaning
Fall brings leaves and debris that quickly clog gutters throughout Alpharetta.
Gutter cleaning is essential to prevent water overflow and protect your home.
Clogged gutters can cause:
• roof edge damage
• fascia deterioration
• water overflow near the foundation
• potential water intrusion
Our fall service clears debris so rainwater can flow properly away from your home.
Winter – Winterization

During our winter visit we help ensure your home is ready for freezing weather.
We will also show you how to shut off your exterior hose bibs yourself in case of a sudden freeze and provide reminders when cold temperatures are approaching.
Taking a few simple steps before freezing temperatures arrive can prevent thousands of dollars in damage.
